We are not a data broker
We do not sell your contact details. When you join, you are talking to a real research team running real studies for real brands. We only email you about studies, and you can leave the panel any time.

We keep your information private and secure. Your answers are combined with everyone else’s, so the people reading the results see the pattern, not your name. You decide which studies to take, and you can update your information or leave any time.

Frequently asked questions
When will I get paid for a survey?
Surveys pay out 14 business days after the study finishes, not from the day you completed it. Weekends and holidays do not count toward the 14 days.
How do I get paid?
For surveys, you enter your preferred payment email at the end of the survey, so just enter the email you want funds sent to each time. For interviews and focus groups, you are paid by gift card once you complete the session.
How do I update my contact information?
Email allisonm@accelerantresearch.com with your old and new details. That can include email address, phone number, name, or mailing address.
Can I check my account or my points?
There is no points system, and the platform does not currently show the status of past surveys. We simply ask for your preferred payment address at the end of every study.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. For every friend who joins and lists you as their referral, you get an extra entry in our sweepstakes. To refer someone, have them register through the Join Our Panel page, and when they reach the question asking if anyone referred them, have them select Yes and enter your name and the email you registered with.
Why am I not getting many surveys?
You are still a member. We send invites as studies come up, and we only invite you to studies you are likely to qualify for, so quieter stretches usually just mean current studies are looking for a specific group. You are not being left out.
I signed up for an interview but have not heard back. What happened?
If a recruiter has not reached out, the study has either filled or you did not qualify this time. It is not personal, and we appreciate your interest.
